Smiley Guy

If we had any question two weeks ago whether or not we were seeing real smiles, we can now be 100% confident that we are indeed witnessing real, can't hold em in, from the soul, smiles. Sure, some of them need to be coaxed out with a little "boo boo ga ga" talk but when they do come..

..they are the sweetest little grins I have ever seen. 

In honor of our growing boy, we put him in his first button down collared shirt today- complete with a pair of jeans. It seems like a right of passage for any boy and we celebrated and photographed the heck out of it.

To commemorate the momentous manly event, we put our dapper little dude in his first recliner. As you can see, he was a little stunned by the whole situation.

But it did bring a cute unsolicited smile from the guy. Totally worth it!

I think I may even be seeing a hint of a double chin developing on our formerly scrawny guy. Slow down Calvin!! This is all happening too fast!!
